Sewing for myself

At last I had time and managed to make some new stuff for myself.I focus so much on the fair, birthday gifts and swaps that I forget to make the items I planned for ages.
Here is the hooded scarf that I made on sewing class.I'm really proud, since this was only the third time I sewed on a machine.

I made a picture so you can see how big it is.The right one is a normal sized hood.

I was drooling over these slouchy dread hats for a long time. When I got my sewing machine I had an idea of making one from an unwanted sweater. And finally today I made it!

But I didn't forget about the fair either.I made these earring hooks from wire for the Lego earrings.

And last but not least,I made my shop logo!!! I always wanted a shop,so since I'm making stuff for the fair, why not fill the shop with it too?

I found a Serbian version of Etsy that is totally free.I don't have anything listed yet,I'm planning to open after the fair is over.
Now to work on the Christmas Ornament swap.

  2. I love all your stuff. I really love the oversize hooded scarf, it's so nice! I think I may have to try to make one for myself. I can't wait to see what your Lego earrings will look like.

  3. In the U.S. we would call what you made a "Scoodie" - the oversized one is cool because it gives a more ethereal look in framing the face. Great job!
